What is Winterfest?

Winterfest is the annual outdoor celebration of downtown Reading. Established in 2022, it was created by the Chamber to bring the community together in a family-friendly environment as the coldest days of winter start to fade.

This year there will be fire tables and s'mores, music, local food and beer vendors, lit ice sculptures, and more. Stroll the downtown, pop into stores and restaurants, and make memories.

Get Seen by Your Local Customers

Sponsoring at Winterfest demonstrates your commitment to the local community. Some sponsorships include the opportunity to have your own booth to share information and speak directly to new and potential customers.

• Opportunity to have a vendor booth at the event and hand out branded items/giveaways
• **Member Special**:  Pay only $99 when you sign up by 2/7/2025.  Contact us for details.
• **Non-Member Special**: Join the Chamber by 3/10/2025 and get half of your booth fee credited toward your membership.
• **Non-Profit Special**: Pay only $39 when you sign up by 2/7/2025. Contact us for details.

• Logo exclusive on printed promotional signage and social media promotions
• Custom ice sculpture of your logo (or other mutually agreed upon seasonal design) to be created and lit downtown on March 6th
• Opportunity to have a vendor booth at the event and hand out branded items/giveaways
• Banner to be hung prominently on the common on March 6th
