The Town of Reading Parking Advisory & Recommendations Committee (PARC) will be hosting a Virtual Public Forum to share and get feedback on their recommendations for changes to the downtown parking system.  Aspects of the system that were considered include: • On-Street Regulations: Public, Employee, Resident-Only • Paid Parking Kiosks in the Brande Court Lot & Upper Haven Lot (behind CVS) • Overnight Parking • Parking Structures
