North Reading Town Day 2025
North Reading Town Day is one of the signature events hosted by the Chamber. In 2024 we had over 75 vendor booths, food trucks, and lots of entertainment options that brought thousands of people from throughout the area to Ipswich River Park in North Reading.
Town Day 2024 was one of our most successful events ever, with an estimated 3-4,000 attendees. We are excited to bring this event back in 2025. Thanks to the support from local businesses who sponsor Town Day, we expect this year to be even bigger.
Sponsors get wide ranging exposure to people from throughout the region. Booth exhibitors get to meet face to face with new potential customers.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPACE - 10'x10'
You will need to bring your own tent, table, chairs, and any other items for your booth. Electricity is not available so bring your own generator if needed. Note that free booth space is included in several of the event Sponsorship options below. Our booth spaces typically sell out so don't delay.
Single booth - Chamber Members: $150
Double booth - Chamber Members: $300
Single Booth - Non-Members: $200
Double Booth - Non-Members: $400
Single Booth - Non-Profit Organizations: $40
FOOD/ RESTAURANT VENDOR SPACE - 10'x10'
We will be limiting the number of food vendors and are seeking diverse options. We feel it helps our food vendors to not have competitors all serving the same kind of food and provides more variety for our attendees. Sign up early to secure your spot.
Food / Restaurant space - $75
- The Registration cost includes the event food permit for the Town of North Reading.
- Additional fees for a caterer's permit from the community where your business is based are not included. If you do not have one, there is an additional $100 one-day fee due to the Town of North Reading
- You will be required by the town to show proof of insurance for this event
- Food sellers are required to show proof of a Peddler's license from the State of Massachusetts.
- NEW THIS YEAR: Your registration fee is refundable if you either:
- Cancel your registration before June 15, 2025, or
- Complete all necessary paperwork AND serve food at Town Day on September 14, 2025
- Cancellations after June 15th will not be refunded. No-shows will be considered cancellations.
