Farm Day at Reading Public Library
Farm Day is an all-ages fun afternoon at the Reading Public Library with special guests from the Harvard Alpaca Ranch and Newhall Fields Community Farm.
Meet a therapy-certified alpaca and learn what therapy animals do on farms and for people. Did you know that alpaca wool is used in many sustainable practices? You can also meet New England farmers to learn about different crops, transplanting, and more.
See you on the library lawn from 12:00 - 1:00 pm!
