Artificial Intelligence Workshop
Are you intrigued by what AI might do for your business? Do you wish you understood it better?
Join us for this AI workshop to learn how AI works and how it can impact your business.
This 50-minute talk breaks down artificial intelligence technology at a level that's accessible to non-technical audiences, showing exactly how it works under the covers. Designed specifically for small business owners and professionals seeking to understand AI's impact on their industry, the presentation offers six distinct lessons that approach AI from different angles.
What you'll learn:
- Math – Understand what powers AI systems.
- The Arts – How AI creates, mimics, and understands creative work.
- Ethics – The values embedded (or missing) in AI systems.
- Logic – How AI reasons and where that reasoning breaks down.
- Computers – The technical architecture that makes it all possible.
- Social Studies – AI's impact on business, workforce, and customer behavior.
Rather than prescribing what to think about AI, this talk equips attendees to:
- Form your own informed opinions about where artificial intelligence may disrupt—or merely hype—your specific business sector.
- Understand how the technology actually works from multiple perspectives, so you can confidently predict which AI applications are worth investing in, which competitive threats are real, and which opportunities align with your business goals.
- See through the hype about AI that may be paralyzing your decision-making.
- Help business owners navigate this transformation strategically.
