Our 2018 Annual Meeting Breakfast is a great way to learn about our plans for the year and connect with local business leaders and meet our Board of Directors.
Our keynote speaker is Joan McGrail, vice president, human resources, leads New Balance?s global human resources team. In this role, Joan is responsible for the development and execution of the HR strategic plan and shorter-term initiatives which support NB?s strategic goals while preserving what is special about NB?s culture. New Balance is a unique global brand, based in Boston and is the only major sneaker brand to maintain manufacturing in the US at their factories in MA and ME. Joan first joined New Balance in 2005 with more than 15 years of experience as a human resources professional. Her previous roles include HR positions at Helix Technology Corporation, Fidelity Investments and Hitachi Data Systems. In 2013, she assumed the role of NB vice president, human resources. Joan earned a Bachelor?s degree in management from Lesley College. In her free time, Joan enjoys being active and spending time with her three daughters.
